A network of franchised clinics with aim of providing essential, good quality medicine for most common and serious diseases in Africa. 70% of childhood illness are preventable. With this primary care delivery, they can be avoided. The model is based on a set of criteria consisting of rules/protocols with intensive training courses, central procurement operations, and monitoring and recording systems.
