A 90 minute group patient visit with 8-12 patients sharing an in depth medical experience provided with their own primary care provider or specialist. This meeting is supported by a documenter, a behaviorist, a nurse/medical assistant. The goal is for the patient to receive more information than they normally would in typically quick appointment at the doctor’s office.
